Belle le piscine all'esterno, molto ampie specialmente con figli è un divertimento in piu' Gentili e pronti al parcheggio a fornirti indicazioni e info. Ottima la posizione vicino ai parchi e mall.

Lo staff è cordiale solo con le persone che parlano bene la lingua, non riesce invece a capire che possano esserci turisti che parlino anche altre lingue. Fa pre autorizzazioni non chiare e , quando si va a chiederne motivo, non sa dare una risposta.

I got the breakfast package, and it was incredible! So fresh, so much choice and a delightful omlette chef who only wanted to please. They even have Soy Salt to season the omlette with! I would go back in a heartbeat!Room was very clean, and I like the massaging soap bar for the shower alot.

Nice and clean room.

The ac was not working good and room was pretty cold. We had to insist 2 hours to have this fixed even that they knew it was their problem because they set it up to no more than 72 F. If they solve this is a good hotel

Convenience of location to meetings and comfortableness of rooms. Enjoyed the swimming area, very nice.

I think you need a Restaurant that is more affordable that the ones located at the Hotel. One that offers Lunch Buffet and Dinner. The Marketplace was ok for breakfast.

Actually there staff were so friendly. The hotel has every thing you would look for include different types of entertainment. The only bad thing at this hotel is that you have to pay for everything include the business center.

The restaraunt of the American cuisine in the lobby is very good. It is nice that you can buy any tickets to any theme park and more just in the lobby.

It is so cold on the premises, the air con works too hard.

WiFi is very expensive USD 15,- for 24 hours; in Doubletree Hotel (also Hilton Group) the WiFi is free of charge!

The staff was absolutely wonderful

My room was very, very small and not worth $119. I am handicapped and found it annoying to constantly trip over my walker, suitcases and chair. The closet was tiny and there was nowhere to store the suitcases so I had to put them on top of the desk and the rack. It was actually a claustrophobic room. I will never stay there again.

Parking is $12 daily

The pool area was amazing and the hotel was gorgeous and the staff was incredibly nice and customer focused. Would defininately go again!

This hotel is extremely convenient in regards to location. Beautiful, clean, upscale. Terrific staff. Very polite and professional.

The one and only complaint I have is that I thought their self-parking and valet parking cost was steep...$20+ tip for valet and $12.50 to self park.
